In this position, Leasing Consultants are the community’s most important personnel as they can determine how well a community does in a very competitive marketplace.

The annual compensation for this role ranges between $20,000-$30,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for property bonuses.
