The Department of Food Science in the School of Environmental and Biological Sciences at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is currently seeking part-time Lecturers or Co-adjutants to teach or Co-adjutants Non-teaching to provide academic support to various undergraduate or graduate courses during the Fall 2026 semester such as: Science of Food, Principles of Food Science lecture and lab sections, Food and Health, Food as Medicine, Sensory Evaluation of Foods, and possibly others.

The instructors will present course materials during assigned course times and non-teaching co-adjutants will provide academic support. Other duties include holding office hours, administering exams, assigning grades, and coordinating any other requirements related to course instruction.
