Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance and Work Order Coordinator to support our property management team by overseeing the maintenance workflow across residential communities. In this role, you will coordinate maintenance requests from initial submission through completion, communicate with residents, schedule maintenance technicians and vendors, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
