**Job Overview**

The East Central Intergovernmental Association (ECIA) and Regional Transit Authority (RTA), a transit agency servicing Dubuque, Delaware and Jackson counties, seeks a part-time mechanic/automotive technician. This position will work 20-25 hours per week (on site) to conduct preventative and routine bus maintenance. The RTA owns 20 light-duty buses and 10 vans.
