About the Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking a professional front-desk administrator at Brill Music Academy, our Las Vegas, NV location. This staff member will serve as the primary point of contact for our students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.

The hours for this position are Tuesday - Friday from 2 pm - 8 pm, Saturdays from 10 am - 3 pm about 30 hours per week (3 Saturdays per month required). 

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting students arriving for lessons and ensuring that teachers stay on schedule
• Responding to scheduling-related phone calls and emails from students and families
