Reporting to the Associate Dean, of Human Services & Community Safety, the incumbent develops and delivers a course in the Human Services and Community Safety academic area for the Child and Youth Care program. Courses may be scheduled and delivered during the day or evening and are planned to be delivered in person at Barrie campus. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

• Delivers a course in the Child and Youth Care program 
• Develops and delivers appropriate curriculum to meet course objectives 
• Incorporates a variety of teaching / learning strategies to meet student needs
• Evaluates student progress / achievement
• Participates in program and college activities as required
