We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage contracts through closing with accuracy and efficiency. In this role, you will ensure every step of the transaction process is organized, compliant, and completed on time—supporting agents, clients, and partners with confidence.



Key Responsibilities

Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing

Coordinate with lenders, title/escrow, appraisers, and other stakeholders

Schedule inspections, closings, and key transaction milestones

Maintain clear communication with clients, agents, and service providers

Ensure complete and timely submission of documents for broker compliance

Coordinate possession details and moving schedules

Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM/database
