Understand the overall concept of the Lilly Pulitzer brand, including the lifestyle, the client, the merchandise, and the heritage.Demonstrate the Lilly Pulitzer selling culture and ensure client experience.Drive sales by providing an exceptional service while utilizing product knowledge, market trends, personalized outreach, and active listening/communication to clientele.Develop and maintain relationships with clients.Help maintain Lilly Pulitzer’s visual and operational standards as set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.Provide continuous feedback to store management team on store selling opportunities and successes.Understand, embrace, and exhibit the Core Values set forth by Lilly Pulitzer.
