Your Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Signing Authority/Trainer is responsible for training all employees on how to operate all Company owned vehicles in a safe and professional manner. Additional duties will include:
Responsible for ensuring employees are trained to operate school purpose vehicles safely and professionallyDeliver training programs to new and existing drivers, ensuring compliance with company standards and legislative requirementsConduct driver evaluations and road assessments to confirm skill and safety levelsProvide instruction for licence upgrades as required (B class and E class)Deliver divisional and company-specific training modules (, safety, customer service, policies, Q-Straint training)Train drivers on safe and professional operation of all company vehiclesMaintai...
