Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales target set by the management
  • Provide excellent quality service to customers to high level sales service
  • Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide assistance on product features
  • Perform receiving/unpacking/stacking/bar-coding of merchandise in outlet
  • Ensure sufficient inventory and comply with inventory control procedures
  • Perform outlet management
  • Submit reports and customers’ feedback to management
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum qualification: N-Level, O-Level, ITE, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekends and public holidays
