Role Overview

As the Partner, Head of Rewards, North America, you will lead Aon's Rewards business across the region, shaping strategy, driving growth and delivering market-leading rewards solutions to Aon’s clients across enterprise and mid-market segments! This role combines deep rewards expertise with strategic business leadership, commercial acumen, and a strong understanding of how total rewards can create measurable value for clients.

In addition to serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, you will be accountable for the growth, profitability, talent strategy, and market leadership of the North America Rewards practice, while partnering closely with Rewards & Workforce Analytics colleagues to connect rewards, workforce transformation, and talent advisory opportunities across the market!
