An AWS Partner Sales Leader drives revenue growth by creating and scaling business through AWS's partner network. They turn partner relationships into a revenue engine β€” orchestrating co-sell motions with consulting and technology partners that deliver real customer outcomes and accelerate cloud adoption.

In Korea, partners are the primary route to market. As a Partner Sales Leader, you are the strategic link between AWS field sales teams and Korea's most important SI/ISV partners. You ensure both sides are aligned, enabled, and moving at speed toward shared customer outcomes.
