We are looking for a Partner Services Manager to join our Partner Account Management DACH team. This operational, strategic position sits at the intersection of process engineering, product expertise, and partner enablement. It requires someone who owns outcomes, not just tasks.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Manage a portfolio of committed business partners (IT resellers, HR consultancies, accounting firms, technology distributors) who sell, implement, and support Factorial.
  
• Own the technical enablement and onboarding lifecycle for our partner ecosystem.
  
• Design and deliver structured training and certification frameworks to get new Expert Partners up to speed.
  
• Build and execute advanced continuous training modules, masterclasses, and webinars.
