Microsoft's Enterprise Partner Solutions (EPS) organization is responsible for accelerating customer success and Microsoft growth through a world-class ecosystem of System Integrators, Advisory firms, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and strategic partners.

We are seeking an experienced **Partner Solution Sales (PSS) – Cross Solutions** professional to lead partner-led growth across our Enterprise business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, strategy, partner management, and ecosystem development, helping Microsoft's most strategic partners build differentiated solutions, accelerate customer transformation, and drive measurable business outcomes across AI, Cloud, Security, Data, and Business Applications.
