Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Channel Partners
• Develop and grow strategic relationships with partners
• Build and automate repeatable processes to support scalable partnerships
• Monitor Channel Partner performance and provide monthly reporting on activity and pipeline
• Identify new opportunities for upselling and market share expansion
• Utilize Salesforce for tracking, reporting, and communication
• Collaborate with VPs to address market-specific challenges

Requirements

• 2+ years of Account Management or Sales Management experience
• Experience in remote or inside sales environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage and report using dashboards and performance metrics
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel as needed
