As a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will be responsible for scaling AWS’s customer success methodologies across our partner ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate customer value realization. You will architect and implement frameworks that enable partners to drive and measure customer value post‑implementation. This role combines strategic enablement with hands‑on execution to establish partners as extensions of AWS’s customer success organization.

• Develop strategies to align partner success initiatives with AWS’ long‑term growth objectives
