About us
BVA is an international beach volleyball and active lifestyle hub in Kerobokan. People come for the sport and stay for the community. We are growing from a volleyball facility into a full ecosystem across sport, recovery, hospitality, and events, and we are building the commercial team that drives that growth.
The role
This is a hybrid partnerships and B2B role. You will build BVA's partner and B2B pipeline from the ground up: researching and qualifying partners, running cold outreach, booking meetings, and then supporting each deal through to a signed, delivered result. You bring qualified partners to the table; the founders help close the strategic ones; you own the process before and after every meeting.
