Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Manage relationships with 200+ merchants and partners  under the PAssion scheme 
Provide daily account servicing and support , ensuring issues are resolved quickly 
Act as a liaison between merchants and internal teams  for smooth coordination 
Support merchant recruitment, onboarding, and retention  (approx. 15% refresh yearly) 
Track merchant pipeline, leads, and agreements  to ensure timely follow-up 
Ensure compliance with governance and contract terms  
Support execution of 8+ annual campaigns  (e.g. promotions, newsletters, events) 
Coordinate 120+ merchant promotions  across campaigns
