Partnership Tax Manager

 

Venture capital firm is currently looking for a Partnership Tax Manager to assist with the tax and accounting related to various entities. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills in conjunction with strong analytical and technical abilities. Must be detail-oriented, highly accurate, and a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision in a team-oriented environment.

 

The finance group, which provides support to the venture capital firm and the families associated with its managing directors, currently has twenty-two people including the Chief Financial Officer and six directors.


Primary Responsibilities:

 

Preparation and review of income tax returns for various partnerships

Planning for and preparing quarterly income tax estimates and annual extensions for various partnerships
