An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy and successful automotive dealership in Basingstoke. This role is ideal for someone with strong automotive parts knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to supporting both retail and workshop customers.

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department, supplying parts efficiently to technicians, trade customers, and retail customers while maintaining accurate stock control and delivering outstanding service.
