Position Overview

Tasks

  • Welcome, advise, and respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or in-person.
  • Accurately identify technical needs and recommend the appropriate parts or solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, create purchase orders, and ensure complete follow-up on files.
  • Ensure the accuracy of information in the ERP system (orders, inventory, deliveries).
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to initiate orders based on urgency levels.
  • Support the technical service team with parts requests and quotes.
  • Manage internal returns and ensure effective coordination with the warehouse.
  • Participate in equipment training and observe repairs to better understand the products.
  • Apply health and safety regulations and contribute to a positive and safe work environment.
  • Perform any other related tasks.
