**Job Description**

The Parts Counterperson / Counter Sales Associate manages the sales counter at a wholesale HVAC distributorship, supporting multiple brands of equipment, parts, and supplies. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a sales-driven environment while supporting inventory control, warranty administration, and safe warehouse operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide strong customer service to walk-in and telephone customers by identifying product and service needs and offering timely, accurate support.
+ Interact daily with internal and outside sales teams, vendors, and contractors to coordinate orders, resolve issues, and support ongoing business relationships.
