Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end inventory of vehicle parts, tools, and consumables across operational sites

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid operational disruptions

Coordinate with external suppliers and OEM partners to secure availability of required components

Track incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring accuracy in inventory systems and records

Manage warranty parts processing, returns, and documentation in line with procedures

Support cost tracking and assist in maintaining budget control for parts and supplies

Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to forecast parts demand based on planned activities

Support scheduled maintenance programs and fleet update or upgrade campaigns

Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of parts in warehouse and workshop environments
