Responsibilities

• Serve wholesale and retail customers in the automotive aftermarket at the counter.
• Provide professional and personable customer service and assist customers with product selection.
• Utilize product knowledge to address inquiries and support sales at the counter.
• Handle sales transactions and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in automotive spares counter sales (wholesale and/or retail).
• Strong product knowledge and technical knowledge relevant to automotive spares.
• Exceptional sales skills and professional telephone manner.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Professional contactable references are required.
