Position Overview

Parts & Service Advisor – Pacific Toyota, Whakatāne branch. Salary $70,000–$80,000 per year, 7.30am to 5.00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service bookings and enquiries
• Prepare repair orders and job cards
• Liaise with technicians and update customers on vehicle progress
• Order, source, and supply automotive parts
• Manage parts inventory and supplier relationships
• Process invoices and payments
• Support both the service and parts departments as required

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous automotive industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
• Excellent organisation and time‑management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Computer confidence and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team‑first mentality
