Qualifications:

• College graduates, with Warehousing/Inventory experience is a plus.
• Have previous experience with Parts Dept. (Auto Dealership) or Auto Supply/Parts Supply Store.
• Has knowledge in Automotive parts and their functions
• Excellent in Excel & Word.
• Warehousing Skill and Organizational Skills is a must.

Job Description:

• Ensure that all items kept in the parts warehouse are secured any time of the day.
• Ensure that no parts are released from the warehouse without proper documentation.
• Check and arrange parts on stock on a regular basis efficient and fast releasing of parts upon order.
• Conduct random inventory at all times to check for any discrepancies.
• Report to superior any unusual observation in stocking and inventory
• Deliver parts to other dealerships if needed.
