About The Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring the efficient handling of check‑ins, ticketing, and vessel operations. You will use various systems, handle communication with customers and authorities, and assist with the loading and discharging of passengers.

This role is a part‑time position (20 hours), working any 5 from 7 days per week.
