They will provide hands-on directional leadership to the Student Ministry Teams. The one who fills this position is expected to think strategically about evangelistic growth of the Student Ministry as a whole, while continually developing adult leaders and equipping them to build successful relationships with students and their parents. The Minister of Students sees the relationships built with parents and volunteers as important as relationships with the students.
