This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about supporting young people both academically and emotionally within a secondary school environment.

The school is seeking a committed and resilient individual who can build strong relationships with pupils and provide consistent pastoral support across Key Stages 3 and 4. The successful candidate will work closely with the pastoral team, teaching staff, and safeguarding leads to help students overcome barriers to learning, improve behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing, and achieve success in school.
