We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join a luxury resort in Zanzibar. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in similar category hotels or resorts, with previous experience in Asia, Africa, and/or the Middle East. This role requires a high level of technical skill, creativity, and leadership to deliver exceptional pastry products aligned with the resorts culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the pastry and bakery section of the resort.
