We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef for our restaurant located in Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating high-quality pastries and desserts, monitoring our pastry kitchen operations, and developing new recipes.

• Create high-quality pastries and desserts

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in a professional baking environment as a pastry chef
• Strong knowledge of French-style baking techniques and ingredients
• Ability to prepare a variety of desserts including cakes, pies, cookies, mousses and ice creams
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to train new staff
