About the Job

Based in: Menorca

Reports to: Head Chef

We are seeking a Pastry Chef M/F to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:

  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the service and the quality of the production by managing one's section.
  • Independently ensure the production of pastry, confectionery, chocolate, and ice cream products, in accordance with technical specifications.
  • Participate in the creation of the dessert menu.
  • Manage the work of pastry commis.
  • Be responsible for a section of the kitchen, ensuring its organization, coordination, and service.
  • Monitor food safety by adhering daily to HACCP hygiene rules.
