Reports to: Head Chef
We are seeking a Pastry Chef M/F to join our dynamic team at Menorca Experimental. Your duties and responsibilities will be the following:
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the service and the quality of the production by managing one's section.
- Independently ensure the production of pastry, confectionery, chocolate, and ice cream products, in accordance with technical specifications.
- Participate in the creation of the dessert menu.
- Manage the work of pastry commis.
- Be responsible for a section of the kitchen, ensuring its organization, coordination, and service.
- Monitor food safety by adhering daily to HACCP hygiene rules.
