Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, pies, tarts, cookies and other desserts according to established recipes
• Create unique dessert dishes with innovative ideas and techniques
• Monitor production levels and quality of all desserts produced in the kitchen
• Manage inventory levels of all ingredients used in dessert production
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the kitchen area

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of pastry chef experience in a professional setting
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
