Plan, prepare, and execute a variety of desserts and pastries for our guests, including cakes, tarts, pies, and other specialty items
Create new and innovative dessert and pastry recipes that will impress our guests
Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus and ensure that all pastries and desserts are in line with the overall culinary concept of the ship
Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and other kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality in all pastry and dessert preparations
Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen and ensure that all equipment is well-maintained
Collaborate with other departments, such as the dining room and bar, to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests
