Key Duties
- Prepare, bake, and finish pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery products
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, creams, icings, glazes, and decorations
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent product quality
- Monitor baking processes, temperatures, and presentation standards
- Decorate and present products to meet customer and business expectations
- Operate bakery equipment safely and maintain work areas
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and reducing product wastage
