The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry, baking and dessert preparation, with experience in a fast‑paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include preparing and baking pastries, cakes and desserts, following recipes and presentation standards, preparing ingredients and mise en place, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure consistency, quality and timely production.
