At Atlantis, The Palm, a Kerzner International luxury resort, the Demi Chef de Partie (Pastry) will manage mise en place and daily pastry operations, supporting the Chef De Partie and Sous Chef to maintain top-quality desserts, presentation, and hygiene, while coordinating with culinary and stewarding teams.
The ideal candidate has 2β3 years of international pastry experience, preferably with a Michelin background, formal culinary training, and solid HACCP knowledge.
