Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Execute patching activities across RHEL and Windows Server environments. 
Deploy security patches and ensure compliance with organizational standards. 
Manage patch schedules, baselines, and maintenance windows. 
Support physical, virtual, clustered, and cloud-based server infrastructure. 
Utilize tools such as Tanium and BMC True Sight for patch deployment and automation. 
Troubleshoot patching issues and coordinate with infrastructure, engineering, and application teams. 
Manage change, incident, and problem records via ServiceNow. 
Maintain patching documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. 
Support weekend maintenance and patching activities when required. 
 Required Skills & Experience  Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and/or Windows Server administration.
