Title: Patent Renewals Officer 12 Month FTC

Location: Leeds (Can be remote with travel to Leeds once a month)

The Position

As a Patent Renewals Officer, you will support the delivery of a high-quality, timely renewals service by assisting the Renewals Team with a range of administrative and operational tasks. You will monitor case progress, maintain accurate diary systems to ensure all critical deadlines are met, and liaise with Patent Attorneys, Formalities Officers, clients, and foreign associates to keep matters on track. Your responsibilities will include preparing renewals reports, producing documentation and tables using Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, managing invoicing, updating and maintaining accurate system records, and supporting the timely payment of patent renewals across multiple jurisdictions.
