Role Overview

The Pathways Program Navigator supports the delivery of the adult secondary school program, including literacy, numeracy, digital skills, and essential‑skills programming for adult learners. The role creates a welcoming, learner‑centred environment by assisting with instruction, coordinating program activities, maintaining records, and providing direct support to participants. The Navigator works closely with program staff, instructors and community partners to ensure smooth program operations and positive learner outcomes.
