Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) for Medicine Unit 5.
Full Time, Day Shift and Night Shift positions are available:
Full Time: Three 12-hour shifts (36 hours per week), with rotating weekends and holidays.
Day Shift: 7:00am to 7:00pm
Night Shift: 7:00pm to 7:00am
Department Overview: Medicine Unit 5 a 16-bed intermediate care med/surg mixed unit. We are looking for new or experienced candidates to join the team!
The Patient Care Technician provides patient care, supports independent and dependent activities of daily living, vital signs, mobility and ambulation, phlebotomy, point of care testing, EKG testing, peripheral IV removal, specimen collection, and foley catheter insertion and removal, and complies with patient safety pr...
