Position Overview

            Job title: Patient Coordinator

Job Location:  Manhattan Beach, CA 90266

Job Duration: 3 + months Contract – Possible extension

Pay Rate - 27/hr. on W2                                                   

7:30am - 5pm

Position Summary

Provides strong customer service and administrative support for patients to ensure smooth clinic operations and patient satisfaction

Coordinates multiple appointments across multi-specialty clinical services

Handles daily clinic preparation tasks including message distribution and scheduling

Manages heavy phone calls, patient registration, and referrals

Performs other duties as assigned

Must-Haves

Front desk experience and customer service experience
