Key Responsibilities
+ Patient Registration: Greet new patients, explain facility services, and guide them through completing initial intake forms and medical questionnaires.
+ Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage, explain co-pays and out-of-pocket costs, and obtain necessary pre-authorizations or referrals.
+ Data Management: Accurately enter patient demographics, insurance data, and medical histories into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
+ Coordination of Care: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and case managers to schedule first-time appointments and coordinate care plans.
+ Compliance & Privacy: Ensure all patient data and intake procedures adhere strictly to HIPAA and facility privacy regulations.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
