Responsibilities:


  • Support patient care activities for the company.

  • Ensure high-quality customer satisfaction and maximize reimbursement from outpatient visits.

  • Screen patient appointments, reconcile co-payments, and secure referral authorizations.

  • Schedule appointments and manage necessary documentation electronically.

  • Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and staff.

  • Register patients and verify necessary demographic and billing information.
