**Job Description:**

**This position is a Per Diem** **position (as needed). The shift range is between 3pm up to 3am, in 4 hour increments. Job requirement is 16 hours per week minimum that can include weekends and/or weekdays.**

**To support patient care and provide clerical, environmental, and customer service support for the patient care unit. Performs full range of duties related to processing patient information for visits which may include: reception, registration, medical records management and telephone management. Responsible for accurate and timely input of collected information into the hospital information systems.**

**Salary Range:**
$18.50 - $24.98 an hour
