What You’ll Do
As a Patient Registration Representative, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for patients and visitors. In this role, you will:

+ Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner

+ Register patients and accurately enter demographic information

+ Verify patient and visitor identity using required documentation (e.g., photo ID)

+ Confirm insurance coverage and eligibility

+ Determine whether patients can self-pay or may need financial assistance
