This role is ideal for individuals who are strong communicators, excellent at follow-ups, and understand how to build trust and confidence over conversations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound patient enquiries
• Follow up consistently with potential patients
• Schedule consultations and appointments
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong follow-up mindset and ability to handle pressure
• Confident speaking over calls and handling objections
