As a Patient Service Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the Scanned Medical Records Department in SingHealth Polyclinics. You will perform tasks related to medical records management, digitisation, and administrative support to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information.
Responsibilities - Retrieve, prepare, and scan patients’ medical records into the electronic medical records system
- Ensure accurate indexing, filing, and storage of scanned documents in accordance with established guidelines
- Perform quality checks to ensure completeness and clarity of scanned records
- Manage and track medical records, ensuring proper documentation and confidentiality are maintained at all times
