The Role

Working location: Islandwide Parkway Shenton Clinics

Working hrs: 44hrs / week including weekends and PH. (No overnight shift)

Responsibilities:
- Perform frontline operations that include (but not limited to) registration, appointment scheduling, referral booking, dispensing of medication and cashier duties. - Attend to walk-in patients and answer phone enquiries.
- Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients.
- Support doctors in language translation when needed.
- Proper maintenance of patients' records and keeping count of drug inventory.
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image.
- Strict adherence to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic.
