This full-time position works Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with weekly travel required to our Monroeville office on Mondays. The Patient Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. Responsibilities include checking in patients, collecting and verifying insurance information, obtaining copayments, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate patient registration and record maintenance.
